CLEAN + ANGIE, so named after its founder, and pronounced “clean-gee”.

Angela and her husband, Anthony, moved to the Bulverde area a few years ago.  They both grew up in San Antonio and have always wanted to live in Bulverde for the beautiful scenery.  Angela has a background in Customer Service Management and has a passion for helping people.

We’re proud to NOT be a franchise so we can focus on what’s right for you, not a corporate office!  We’re proud to be locally owned and owner operated.  We LOVE what we do and are so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful community.

The Cleangie difference

We constantly seek out ways to improve our services and our knowledge. The owner, Angela “Angie” Moreno, recently became certified as a House Cleaning Technician through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the world renown organization for certified technicians in the inspection, cleaning, and restoration industries. “The House Cleaning Technician course provides a knowledge and understanding through the application of science and proven methods for proper cleaning maintenance of a residential home. Interior cleaning of residences including sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, non-disaster restoration and normal maintenance,” says IICRC.

The role of a house cleaning technician is to provide a proper cleaning that aids in protecting health of the customer and the structure and contents of their home. Angie is dedicated to doing this and trains her team to do the same.
